摘要
为考察公立、私立幼儿园教师工作价值观的异同,本研究采用《教师工作价值观问卷》,随机抽取长沙市278名私立幼儿园教师和142名公立幼儿园教师进行调查,结果显示公立和私立幼儿园教师都比较重视利他奉献和物质报酬,较少关注职业发展和安全稳定方面;公立幼儿园教师的工作价值观在物质报酬、声望地位、职业发展、人际关系、组织管理、利他奉献、安全稳定7个维度上均显著低于私立幼儿园教师。幼儿园管理者应注重教师安全稳定感的培养,通过设立科学合理的薪酬分配方式和民主的管理模式,为教师创设安全稳定的工作环境,让他们能够专注于自己的事业,认真做好本职工作并取得专业发展,同时还应引导教师之间开展一定的交流和沟通,分享教研成果,促进整个教师团队的共同进步。
To compare the work values of public and private preschool teachers, a random sample of 142 public and 278 private preschool teachers were administered the Teachers Work Values Scale (TWV) in Changsha. The results showed that all the preschool teachers paid more attention to altruistic dedication and material rewards, but less to career development and security and stability; the work values of Public preschool teachers were significant lower than private preschool teachers in the seven dimensions of the scale.
