摘要
西藏自治区于2011年完成《西藏自治区城镇饮用水水源地环境保护规划》的编制工作,目前正在逐步实施阶段。针对西藏高原城镇河流型饮用水水源地水质较好、水量供应状况不乐观、高原生态较为脆弱和管理意识淡薄的独特性,并结合河流型饮用水水源地的特点,建立西藏自治区河流型饮用水水源地安全评价指标体系。提出的饮用水水源地安全评价指标体系具有综合、系统、合理、实用的特点,可为其它地区河流型饮用水水源地安全状况评价借鉴及参考。
Tibet Autonomous Region has finished the compiling of "The Drinking Water- Source Environmental Protection Project of Urban Tibet Autonomous Region" in 2011 and it's ready to be put into effect. The water quality is good in fiver drinking water - Source region in Tibet, but water supply does not meet the requirements, the plateau ecology is fragile, and the investiment and protec- tion to the drinking water- source region is lacking. Based on the above and considering the charac- teristics of fiver drinking water - source region, the evaluation indices system is built. This valuation indices system is practical, comprehensive and accurate, and can be as a reference to other regions.
