摘要
[目的]评价电话随访对帕金森病人主要照顾者的照顾负担和生活质量的效果。[方法]将80例帕金森病人的主要照顾者随机分为干预组和对照组各40例,干预组接受定期电话随访,对照组接受常规门诊随访,干预6个月后采用照顾者负担问卷(CBI)和健康调查简表(SF-36)比较两组干预效果。[结果]6个月后干预组照顾者的照顾负担和生活质量与对照组比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]电话随访可减轻帕金森病人照顾者的照顾负担,提高其生活质量。
Obj ective:To evaluate the influence of telephone follow up on burden of care and quality of life of main caregivers of Parkinson’s disease.Methods:A total of 80 caregivers were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,40 cases in each.Patients in inter-vention group received regular telephone follow up while patients in control group got routine health education.After 6 months of interven-tion,the intervention effect was compared by using Caregiver Burden Questionnaire (CBI)and health survey (SF 3 6 ).Results:The caregiv-ers’burden and quality of life in intervention group were significantly better than that in control group after six months of intervention.Con-clusion:Telephone follow-up can reduce the burden of caregivers and improve their quality of life.
