摘要
为满足高响应、大流量伺服比例阀先导级的驱动要求,介绍了一种永磁体径向充磁的动圈式电机械转换器的结构方案,优化了磁路结构,对输出特性和磁场分布进行了分析。有限元软件分析表明,该动圈式电机械转换器具有双向驱动能力,输出力值大,波动性小,具有良好的线性度,可以满足高响应大流量伺服比例阀先导级驱动的要求。
In order to develop a fast response electro-mechanical transformer used to drive the pilot stage of large flow rate servo proportional valve,a moving coil electro-mechanical transformer with radial magnetization permanent magnet was adopted to meet the demand.The structural design was optimized,and the magnetic circuit and the output characteristics were studied.The finite element software results show that it has the advantages of high output value and good stablility and high linearity,and can meet the pilot driving requirement of fast response large flow rate servo proportional valve.
