摘要
针对新安煤矿深部极软岩巷道变形量大、变形时间长、围岩破碎严重,支护体失效增多,巷道维护十分困难等现象,在充分调研围岩的物化分析实验、软岩巷道变形特征及原因分析的基础上,深入分析了该软岩巷道的IAB,IIABD,IIIBC型复合型变形力学机制,以及将其转化为单一型变形力学机制的过程,优化设计了采用恒阻大变形锚杆的支护技术方案,并在现场成功应用,保证了巷道全断面的稳定。
In order to solve the difficult problems of deep roadway in Xin'an Colliery, including large deformation and long deformation time, seriously-cracked surrounding rock and supporting invalidation, combined deformation mechanical mechanism of Ⅰ_AB, Ⅱ_ABD, Ⅲ_BC was analyzed deeply on the basis of physical-chemical test and soft-rock deformation characteristic analysis, which was transformed into single mechanical mechanism. Supporting project of applying large deformation anchored-boh with constant-resistance was opti- mized. Successful application of this project kept roadway stability.
