摘要
新能源发电较常规水力、火力发电具有极大的不稳定性,新能源并网对现有电网调度模式提出重大挑战。首先,在现有调度模式基础上细化调度时间级,弥补调度级与发电调控级时间差过大问题;然后运用优化点邻域目标函数不灵敏原理,动态确定经济调度周期,解决细化时间级带来调节频繁的问题;最后给出算例分析,表明所提出方法的可行性。
New energy generation and conventional water,fire power compared to great instability,major challenge to the existing grid scheduling model is proposed because of new energy merge into grid.Firstly, in the current scheduling model based on refinement level scheduling time, compensate for the scheduling class and power level regulation time difference is too big. Then use neighborhood of the objective function optimization principle insensitive to determine the economic dispatch cycle dynamically,solve the problem of frequent adjustment.At last,numerical examples demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method.
