摘要
财经类院校中的工科专业毕业生往往比综合性院校的工科专业毕业生更难被社会所认可,学生自身也容易受到文科专业学习环境和方法的影响,对工科人才培养带来困惑。实践能力是工科人才培养的核心,所以提升实践能力才能解决这个困境。学校从实践能力内涵剖析入手,确立了"商科背景"—"人文素质"—"专业问题解决能力"三位一体的工科人才培养目标,设计并实践了财经类院校工科人才实践能力培养中的十一项举措,包括目标、课程、过程、指导、师资、平台、环境、效果、方式、管理、途径。充分利用学校商科和人文环境,扬长避短,在学生受益面和满意度、创新创业能力培养、就业质量等三个方面取得了较好的效果。
Engineering graduates from financial colleges are usually more difficultly recognized by the society than whom from comprehensive colleges. Practical ability is the core problem of cultivating engineering students,hence only than to raise the hard and soft practical ability to solve this problem. 3C( Commerce-Culture-Capability) trinity engineering training objectives are designed. For achieving this goal,eleven approaches in nurturing practice ability of engineering talent are proposed. They are based on the university advantages of business studies and human environment. Good results are achieved.
