摘要
高校化学实验室是进行化学类科学实验,探索未知的科研场所,其安全运行关系到高校教学、科研工作的正常开展,对整个高校的安全和稳定至关重要,是建设平安校园、构建和谐社会的重要保障。本文结合高校化学实验室的特点及安全隐患可能存在的原因分析,提出了化学类科研实验室保证安全的五项管理措施:完善规章制度,落实实验室安全责任制;加强安全教育和技能培训;严格执行实验室准入制度;严格执行分类存放化学危险品制度;设立安全设施,配备充足的消防器材。上述措施的认真执行和实施不仅对强化科研人员的安全意识有着重要的作用,而且对培养高校学生的科学素养直到积极的推动作用。
Chemical laboratory is a scientific research place to do chemical experiments and explore the unknown. Its safe operation is related to the school teaching and scientific research,hence it is vital for the security and stability of the whole university. And it is an important guarantee for constructing a safe campus and building a harmonious society. This paper,combined with the characteristics of university chemistry laboratory and the possible reason analysis of potential safety hazard,put forward five management measures to ensure the safety of chemical laboratory. These measures contained perfecting regulations to implement the responsibility system for laboratory safety; strengthening safety education and skills training; strictly implementing the laboratory access system; strictly implementing the classified storage system of dangerous chemical goods; establishing safety facilities and sufficient fire-fighting equipments. These measures not only enhanced the safety awareness of researchers but also played a positive role in cultivating the scientific literacy of students.
