摘要 为探讨不同配比水泥、生石灰双掺固化吹填土的路用特性,实现经济、高效之目的,开展了温州吹填软土的土体固化改良系列试验(击实试验、无侧限抗压强度试验、CBR试验)研究。研究表明:随着固化剂剂量的增加,试样的最优含水率逐渐增加,而最大干密度则逐渐降低,但强度随水泥、生石灰相对含量的变化出现不同规律改变;试样无侧限抗压强度、CBR值显著依赖于固化剂中水泥、生石灰相对含量,当水泥、生石灰为等量比值时,两者均随固化剂掺量的增加而增大,当水泥、生石灰为非等量比值时,两者均出现不同规律改变。利用模糊数学评价法,综合考虑无侧限抗压强度、CBR值以及经济性等因素的影响,对固化后的路用效果进行评价,并得出一种路用性能好、经济性高的固化剂最佳配合比。 The soil curing tests with different ratio of cement and lime in dredger fill of Wenzhou were carried out to study the road-used performance of cured dredger fill and obtain an economical and efficient curing agent mix .The results show that :With the rise of curing agent ,the optimum moisture content of the samples would be gradually increased ,while the maximum dry density would be decreased .The unconfined compression strength of the samples and CBR values would significantly depend on the relative contents of cement and lime .When the contents of cement and lime were equal ,both of them would be raised with the increase of curing agent content .Otherwise ,both of them would be fluctuated irregularly with the increase of cement or lime .Furthermore ,the fuzzy mathematical evaluation method was used to evaluate the road-used performance of cured dredger fill and determine the most optimal mixture ratio by considering the unconfined compression strength ,CBR values and economy .
