高耐腐蚀性聚芳硫醚砜中空纤维膜的制备及性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 以聚芳硫醚砜(PASS)为原料,NMP作溶剂,采用干湿法纺丝制备了PASS中空纤维膜,并用王水对其进行后氧化处理。考察了几种强腐蚀性溶剂对氧化后的PASS中空纤维膜形貌结构、渗透性能以及力学性能的影响。结果表明,氧化后的PASS中空纤维膜的纯水通量减小,对胃蛋白酶的截留率增加。氧化后的PASS中空纤维膜具有优异的耐腐蚀性能,经98%浓硫酸、NMP等强腐蚀性溶剂腐蚀后,其皮层结构会发生微弱变化,但总体影响不大,依然保持较好的分离性能。 PASS hollow fiber membrane was prepared by dry-wet spinning and post-oxidated by aqua regia. The effects of certain aggressive solvents on the oxidized PASS hollow fiber membrane's morphology and performance were investgated. The oxidized membrane showed excellent resistance to these solvents. It keeps good separation performance after immersed in 98% H2SO4, NMP, etc.
