单沟型氧化沟强化脱氮及节能降耗运行策略 被引量:3

OPERATION STRATEGY OF STRENGTHENING REMOVAL OF NITROGEN AND ENERGY SAVING IN ASCONOID TYPE OXIDATION DITCH

摘要 针对单沟型氧化沟工艺存在脱氮效率差、运行能耗高等问题,以单沟型立体循环一体化氧化沟为研究对象,对其在连续高DO含量(DO的质量浓度1.8mg/L左右)曝气、连续低DO含量(DO的质量浓度1.28mg/L左右)曝气、间歇曝气(曝气3h、停止3h)+水下推进器、间歇曝气(曝气6h、停止3h)+水下推进器和间歇曝气(曝气1h、停止1h)+水下推进器这5种运行工况下的脱氮效果及能耗水平分别研究。结果表明,在运行模式2~4这3种条件下,单沟型立体循环一体化氧化沟均能有效脱氮,出水COD和NH4+-N、TN含量均可达到GB18918-2002中的一级B标准;并且在这3种模式中,间歇曝气能进一步节省能耗。采用曝气3h后停顿3h和曝气6h后停顿3h的能耗比低DO含量工况可分别进一步节能14.95%和7.48%。 There were the problems of poor denitrification and highly energy consumption in asconoid type oxidation ditch. In this work, the integrated oxidation ditch process with vertical circulation (IODVC) was used as the object. The treatment effect and energy consumption level of IODVC were studied under five kinds of operational conditions, including continuous aeration and maintain a high state of dissolved oxygen (mass concentration of DO 1.8 mg/L), continuous aeration and maintain a low state of dissolved oxygen (mass concentration of DO 1.28 mg/L), intermittent aeration (oxygen 3 h after 3 h pause)+underwater propulsor, intermittent aeration (oxygen 6 h after 3 h pause) + underwater propulsor, intermittent aeration (1 h/1 h) + underwater propulsor. The results showed that the removal of nitrogen was enhanced at the mode of 2-4. The COD, NH4+-N, TN and other indicators in effluent can be achieved in the first class B standard (GB 18918--2002). In addition, intermittent aeration running mode can save energy consumption fiarther among these three modes. The energy consumptions of operation conditions in mode 3 (3 h/3 h) and mode 4 (6 h/3 h) were 14.95% and 7.48% lower than the conditions of low dissolved oxygen conditions.
