摘要
采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取桂南山姜茎叶和毛红豆蔻茎叶的挥发油,以不同的毛细管柱进行分析,找出最佳的分析条件,用归一化法测定各个成分的相对含量,并利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对其化学成分进行分析鉴定.从桂南山姜茎叶的挥发油中分离鉴定出了65个化合物,占其挥发油总成分的95.40%;从毛红豆蔻茎叶的挥发油中分别分离鉴定出了71个化合物,占其挥发油总成分的92.38%.
The volatile oils were extracted by Simultaneous Distillation Extraction (SDE) from the stems and leaves of Alpinia platychilus K. Schumann and its chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC -MS. The content of each constituent was determined by the area normalization method. 66 components were identified, which constituted about 94.76% of the total volatile oils, the main ones were cadinol, β - pinene, humuladienone, 6, 10,14- trimethyl- 2 -pentadecanone, valerenal, et al. Volatile components in the stems and leaves of Alpinia platychilus K. Schumann are abundant, and there are lots of active ingredients, which can be used in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.
