摘要
通过不同的有机表面处理剂对钛白粉进行有机包覆,并以其制备溶剂型涂料。采用高速分散和混合振荡法,考察了丙烯酸树脂体系中钛白粉的分散性、分散稳定性以及遮盖力等应用指标。对比实验表明,不同的有机表面处理剂对钛白粉在丙烯酸树脂体系中性能有较大影响,其中经过有机处理后的R2钛白粉在此体系中性能较好,能够达到国外同类产品的应用性能指标。
