摘要
采用外循环UASB/SBBR工艺处理高浓度禽畜养殖废水,经过103d的连续运行,系统性能达到稳定。在进水COD为7464~12241mg/L的条件下,出水COD稳定在204.3~386.4mg/L,平均去除率达到97.3%,UASB、SBBR的负荷分别为12.2和1.4kgCOD/(m^3·d);在进水NH4^+ -N为276.2~393.2mg/L的条件下,出水NH4^+ -N稳定在2.1~15.6mg/L,平均去除率为97.4%,实现了对有机物及NH4^+-N的有效去除。整个试验过程中,SBBR反应器在室温下运行,硝化阶段的溶解氧控制在0.8~1.4mg/L,稳定运行后出水NO2^- -N占N02-N的比例达74.9%,平均硝化率和反硝化率分别维持在97.4%和93.6%,对总氮的去除率为89.6%,实现了以短程硝化反硝化为主的生物脱氮。
The combined process of up-flow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) and sequencing biofitm batch reactor (SBBR) was used to treat high strength livestock wastewater. A stable UASB/SBBR process performance was achieved after continuous operation for 103 d. When the influent COD concentration ranged from 7 464 to 12 241 mg/L, the effluent COD concentration was between 204.3 and 386.4 mg/L, with an average removal rate of 97.3%. The maximum organic loading rates for UASB and SBBR were 12.2 and 1. g kgCOD/( m^3· d), respectively. When the influent ammonia nitrogen changed from 276, 2 to 393.2 mg/L, the effluent ammonia nitrogen varied from 2.1 to 15.6 mg/L, with an average removal rate of 97.4%. COD and ammonia nitrogen were effectively removed. The SBBR was operated at room temperature during the whole test, the dissolved oxygen was kept between 0.8 and 1.4 mg/L, the effluent NO2^- - N accounted for 74.9% of NOx^- - N, and the average nitrification rate, denitrification rate and TN removal rate were 97.4%, 93.6% and 89.6%, respectively. Biological nitrogen removal by shortcut nitrification and denitrification was achieved.
