摘要
在单因素试验的基础上,利用正交试验得到多酚的最佳工艺条件为乙醇体积分数60%,超声功率280 W,料液比1∶40,提取时间50 min,总多酚提取率为11.89 mg/g。同时测定多酚清除羟基自由的能力,结果表明绞股蓝多酚对羟基自由基有良好的清除作用,可作为天然抗氧化剂进一步开发和利用。
On the basis of single factor experiment, the optimum process conditions of obtain polyphenols using orthogonal test is: ethanol concentration 60%, ultrasonic power 280 W, material liquid ratio 1∶40, extraction time 50 min, extraction rate of total polyphenol is 11.89 mg/g. The ability of scavenging hydroxyl free, polyphenols and simultaneous determination of the results: Gynostemma pentaphyllum polyphenols have good scavenging effect on hydroxyl free radicals, which can be used as natural antioxidants of further development and utilization.
