摘要
元坝海相碳酸盐岩气藏埋藏超深,温度极高,衬管完井的水平井多段改造难度大。针对该气藏储层特点,研制新型有机可降解纤维暂堵剂;采用多级纤维暂堵酸化工艺,优化暂堵级数和各阶段排量,通过高黏压裂液携带纤维暂堵剂暂堵已改造的储层,实现水平井的多段分流酸化。该工艺对地层伤害小,施工风险小,现场实施8口井,暂堵有效率为75%,增产有效率达到100%。该技术对于海相水平井改造有较好的针对性。
Since the Yuanba marine carbonate gas reservoir is ultra- deeply buried and reservoir temperature is extremely high,it is difficult to realize staged stimulation in the liner- completed horizontal wells. Taking into account the features of the gas reservoir, new degradable organic fiber temporary blocking agent has been developed. The number of temporary blocking stages and flow rates at various stages are optimized,and the stimulated reservoir is blocked temporarily by the highly viscous fracturing fluid carried fiber temporary blocking agent to realize staged diversion acidizing in horizontal well by use of staged fiber temporary blocking & acidizing technique. The technique has features of little formation damage and low operational risk. The field application in 8 wells has showed that the temporary blocking has an efficiency 75% and an efficiency of production increase up to 100%. It is a technique well focused on stimulation of marine horizontal wells.
