摘要
分别采用国标GB12005.1-89中的一点法、行业标准SY/T5862-2008中的稀释法和企业标准Q/SYQL0122-2008等3种粘度法测定分子量为10万以上聚丙烯酰胺分子量及其分布。结果表明:3种方法测定部分水解聚丙酰胺分子量相差小于1%,分布相差小于2%。并通过实验及查找相关文献,归纳了影响粘度法测定高聚物相对分子质量的影响因素为客观条件、乌氏粘度计、溶液浓度的选择与配制、恒温槽控温精度等。
This article uses three kinds of viscometry method, including a point method in the national standard 12891.5, dilution method in industry standard SY/T5862-2009 and China petroleum natural gas group company standard Q/SY QL 0122-2008, to determine polyacrylamide molecular weight of more than 100, 000 and ensures its distribution. The results show that the difference of value is less than 1%, and the difference of distribution is less than 2% by using three determination methods to determine molecular weight of partial hydrolysis polyacrylamide. In addition, it has explored and summarized through the experiment and relevant literature and found that the influence factors of relative molecular weight about the viscosity measurement of polyacrylamide include many factors such as objective condition, viscometer, solution concentration and temperature control precision of the constant temperature trough.
