摘要
分析了某汽车B柱零件的成形工艺方案,介绍了零件的冲压工序由4工序减少到3工序的工艺过程,同时在同工序、同位置通过先后顺序分别实现整形翻边,可为同类零件的成形工艺和模具结构设计提供一定的参考。
The process scheme for a vehicle B-type column was optimized with which the number of stamping processes was decreased from four to three. The sizing and flanging was realized sequentially at the same process and working position.
