摘要
2010年以来,河北省连续实施了小麦"一喷三防"物化补贴政策,保障了夏粮的丰产丰收。对河北省小麦"一喷三防"的主要政策内容和实施成效进行了总结,就存在的主要问题进行了分析,并对今后小麦"一喷三防"政策提出了工作建议。
Wheat one spraying and three prevention physicochemical subsidy policy was continuously implemented in Hebei Province since 2010, guaranteeing the summer grain harvest yield.The main contents of policy and the achievements of wheat one spraying and three prevention in Hebei Province were summarized and the main existing problems were analyzed, then the suggestions for the work of wheat one spraying and three prevention in future were put forward.
