摘要
文章从社工职业认同感的重要性角度出发,采用个案调研分析方法,着眼于职业选择动机、工作满意度、福利待遇满意度、组织文化满意度和晋升空间满意度五方面展开调研,根据数据分析所展现的问题,提出提升社工职业认同的相关建议。
From the perspective of the importance of social work＇ s professional identity, the article adopt- ed the methods of case study analysis, focused on aspects of career choice motivation, job satisfaction, wel- fare satisfaction, organizational culture satisfaction and promotion satisfaction, and according to problems that data analysis showed, put forward to suggestions of promoting social worker career identity.
