脂蟾毒配基、华蟾酥毒基、蟾毒灵配伍对BEL-7402人肝癌细胞的抑制作用 被引量:8

摘要 目的:研究蟾酥中脂蟾毒配基、华蟾酥毒基和蟾毒灵三种成分单体及配伍对BEL-7402人肝癌细胞的抑制作用。方法:采用MTT法测定蟾毒灵、华蟾酥毒基、脂蟾毒配基单体不同浓度和时间点,三种成分两两配伍以及三种成分配伍对BEL-7402人肝癌细胞增殖的抑制作用。结果:蟾毒灵对BEL-7402人肝癌细胞增殖的抑制作用最强,其次是华蟾酥毒基,脂蟾毒配基的作用最弱;脂蟾毒配基不能增强华蟾酥毒基、蟾毒灵的作用,且有抑制作用的趋势;华蟾酥毒基与蟾毒灵混合使用与单独使用的抑制作用无明显区别。结论:欲发挥三种成分的抗肿瘤作用,应该单独使用,或者华蟾酥毒基与蟾毒灵混合使用。 Objective:Make a study of the anti-tumor effect of the active ingredients in resibufogenin(RBC), cinobubufagin(CBG),bufalin(BL) belonging to Venenum Bufonis on BEL-7402 liver cancer cells when they are used respectively or in combination. Methods:The MTT is used to find out the different concentrations and time points of RBG,CBG and BL,and the anti-tumor effects of their compatibility between two and three components on BEL-7402 human hepatoma cells. In different experiments,two of the three toad poison drugs or all of the three ones called the orthogonal sults:BL is the most effective one,followed by CBG test are mixed at different concentration and time. Re- ,and RBG is the worst one. With RBG mixed,BL and CBG can not be strengthened and they are inhibited. There is no obvious difference when CBG and BL are used separately or in combination. Conclusion lThe three components can show their anti-tumor function ef- fectively when they are used separately or CBG and BL are used in combination.
