摘要
高校学生管理工作是高校教育管理工作的重要组成部分,贯穿于教书育人、管理育人和服务育人的全过程中。本文应用系统论和管理学的思想对建设"开放式"学生工作机制进行了探讨,通过研究得到的结果对学生的日常工作进行指导,能够更科学系统的保障学生工作的执行,有效提高学生工作中的管理效果。
College Student Management of Higher Education Management is an important part of the work, throughout the teaching, management education and service education through the entire process. In this paper, system theory and management thinking on building ＂opening＂ discussed the mechanism of student work, and then guide students to work, so that students work more scientific, systematic, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of management of student work.
