摘要
随着我国医学教育事业迅速发展,如何保证与之匹配的师资力量和教学质量,引起了社会的高度关注。目前,我国医学院校教师在资质、教学能力和水平等方面的差距十分明显。文章围绕临床教师教学能力培养内容体系构成要素,对近年来部分国内外文献进行综述,探讨如何培养高素质的青年师资队伍,以期提高高等医学院校的教学质量。
With the medical education in China being developed rapidly, how to ensure that matched the faculty and the quality of teaching cause a high degree of social concern. But currently, the gap in our medical school teachers'qualification, teaching ability and level is very obvious. This article summarizes part of domestic and international literature reviews in recent years. Around the elements to build clinical teaching capacity-building aspects of the content system to sort out, explore how to train highly qualified young teach- ers, in order to improve the teaching quality of the medical colleges.
