运用案例教学法在护理学基础教学中实施护理伦理教育 被引量:12

摘要 目的:在专业基础课教学中运用案例教学法实施护理伦理教育,激发学生的学习兴趣,在提高专业技能和专业素质的同时强化其护理伦理意识。方法:随机抽取护理专业一年级学生为研究对象,分为试验班和对照班。对照班采用传统教学方法,试验班则在《护理学基础》课程教学中融入护理伦理案例的再现、讨论与分析。对研究对象进行问卷调查并进行统计学分析。结果:自行设计问卷包括11个问题,其中3个问题无统计学意义、8个问题有统计学差异。结论:在《护理学基础》课程中,通过案例教学法可以激发学生对护理伦理的学习兴趣、加深对护理伦理问题的理解与认识、提高其沟通和护理伦理决策等能力。 Objective : To use the case teaching method on the basis of professional teaching in the implementation of nursing ethics edu- cation, to arouse the students'interest in learning, improve professional skills and professional quality and strengthen the consciousness of nursing ethics. Methods : The first grade of nursing students were randomly selected as the research object, and divided into the ex- perimental class and the control class. The control class was offeved traditional teaching methods, experimental class was in "basic nursing science" teaching in nursing ethics case representation, discussion and analysis. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the object of study and statistical analysis. Results : the questionnaire consisted of 11 questions, which was not statistically significant, the 3 problems of the 8 problems have statistical difference. Conclusion : In the "basic" nursing courses, through the case teaching method can stimulate students'interest in learning on nursing ethics, to deepen the understanding and awareness of nursing ethics problem, their communication and decision-making ability of nursing ethics have been improved.
