基于Simufact的低温环境T形平角焊的温度场仿真 被引量:2

摘要 在低温环境下焊接时,为了防止冷裂纹的产生,运用Simufaet-Welding软件对T形接头用焊条电弧焊在环境温度为一15℃时进行了焊接仿真,分析了焊件预热到80℃和未预热时的温度场.结果表明:未预热情况下焊件的温度范围为一14~1330℃,焊缝处的最高温度为1330℃;预热情况下焊件的温度范围为62~1402℃,焊缝处的最高温度为1402℃;焊件预热时的t8/5时间比未预热时的t8/5时间长,同理,焊缝处的变形量增大,除焊缝起始点和终止点外,其余采样点处的等效应力减小.因此,合理地控制预热温度,适当增大t8/5时间,有利于缓解接头的冷却速度,减小淬硬倾向. The welding using the T shaped joint is simulated at the temperature of -15℃ in Simufact-Welding software, and temperature field of weldment preheating at temperture of 80℃ and non preheating are also simula- ted with the same conditions. The simulation results show that with non-preheating, the temperature of the weld- ment ranged from -14℃ to 1330℃, the highest temperature was 1330℃ at the welding place; with preheating, the temperature of the weldment ranged from 62% to 1402℃, the highest temperature was 1402℃ at the welding place; the t8/5 of the weldment with preheating was longer than that of the weldment with non-preheating. Ac- cordingly, the distortion of the sampling points of the welding seam increased, except the starting sampling point and the ending sampling point, equivalent effective stress of the other sampling points decreased. Thereby, it is helpful to alleviate the cooling speed of joint and reduce the tendency of the hardening by reasonably controlling the preheating temperature, reducing the grains embrittlement and increasing t8/5 properly.
