摘要
利用ANSYS软件对常规1.5、2.5、4.0mm2三种规格的双根铜导线在横放及竖放敷设方式下的温度场进行数值模拟。通过建立导线过电流稳态时的热流体耦合模型,计算出导线通低倍过载电流下的绝缘皮表面温度,并将模拟结果与实验数据进行对比以修正参数,进而找到导线临界起火电流范围,为电气线路火灾提供科学依据。
ANSYS software was used to simulate the temperature field of 1.5mm2,2.5mm2,4.0mm2 conventional copper wires under vertical and horizontal laying methods.Though establishing the thermal fluid coupling model of copper wires under over current in steady state,the paper calculated the temperature of the insulation surface in low overload current.The simulation results were compared with experimental data to correct parameters,and found the range of critical fire current, providing a scientific basis for electrical fire investigation.
