基于低频A/D转换的高频CCD采集系统的研究

摘要 文章基于一种多分场采集的方案,利用AC1077型16位数模转换器和HML1213型电荷耦合器(CCD),研究了采样频率较低的数模转换器对频率较高的CCD信号的采集系统。针对这两种器件的频率参数,对于CCD的一场信号由数模转换器按照要求分4次采集,并依像素顺序合并。结果表明:对于输出频率为217 kHz的CCD信号完全可以用采集频率只有67 kHz的数模转换器进行采集,而且采集的结果是正确和稳定的。 Based on the method of multi-field acquisition, and by using the AC1077 16-bit digital analog converter and the HML1213 charge coupled device ( CCD ) , the acquisition system of the higher output frequency CCD data by the lower sampling frequency digital analog converter is established. In view of the frequency parameters of the two devices, one CCD signal is split into 4 sections and collected by the digital analog converter in accordance with the requirements, then they are synthesized to a complete signal according to the pixel sequence. The results show that, the CCD signal with the frequency of 217 kHz can be collected by the digital analog converter whose sampling frequency is only 67 kHz, and the accuracy and stability of this system is verified.
