摘要
以成熟槟榔果的胚乳为材料,分别测定5种不同温度下处理24、48、72 h对胚乳中槟榔碱含量的影响。结果表明,胚乳中槟榔碱含量在相同处理时间下,随着烘干温度的升高而减少;在相同温度下,随处理时间延长而减少。
A reca endosperm were dried under 5 different temperature for 24 h,48 h and 72 h respectively,then the arecoline content of these endosperm samples were tested.The results showed that during the same treatment time,the content of arecoline decreased by the temperature rising,and under the same temperature,the arecoline content decreased by the treatment time extending.
