摘要 目的研究盐酸甲氯芬酯与尼莫地平联合用药对血管性痴呆(VD)大鼠学习记忆的影响。方法改良Pulsinelli四血管阻断法建立VD大鼠模型,造模后给予盐酸甲氯芬酯和尼莫地平治疗;Morris水迷宫检测大鼠学习记忆能力;HE染色观察海马脑区齿状回神经元的变化。结果经治疗后,VD大鼠海马齿状回细胞损伤减少,学习记忆能力明显提高。结论盐酸甲氯芬酯与尼莫地平联合用药能明显改善VD大鼠学习记忆能力,可能与其保护海马脑区神经元有关。 Objective To explore the effects of centrophenoxine combined with nimodipin on the nerve cells in hippocampus and on the learning and memory of the vascular dementia (VD) model rats . Methods VD rats model were established by the improved method of four-vessel occlusion ,and then the rats were treated with centrophenoxine and nimodipin .Morris maze test was used to evaluate the learning and memory of the rats ,and the nerve cells in hippocampus was detected by observing HE stained sections .Results After combined treatment of centrophenoxine and nimodipin ,the number of injured neurons in the dentate gyrus area of the hippocampus decreased ,and the learning and memory of the VD model rats were improved significantly .The results were better than those when centrophe-noxine or nimodipin was used alone .Conclusion Centrophenoxine combined with nimodipin protects the nerve cells in the dentale gyrus area of the hippocampus better and improves the learning and mem-ory of the VD model rats more effectively .
