摘要
研究发现在胃癌高发地区,肠型胃癌的发病比例明显高于非高发地区。Wnt信号通路在细胞发育、增殖、分化、黏附、迁移中起重要作用,同时在胃癌发生、发展过程中起关键角色。近来研究表明在COX-2/PGE2相关的炎症微环境中Wnt信号被激活,并导致胃癌的发生发展,尤其在肠型胃癌。同时Wnt信号通路的激活可促使胃上皮细胞异常增殖,从而使COX-2和Mpges-1表达,促使PGE2增加而导致肿瘤的发生。两者之间可能在胃癌中存在协同作用。研究两者在胃癌中的关系,将为胃癌的诊断、治疗、预后评价提供帮助。
Studies revealed that the incidence rate was higher in high risk population of gastric carcinoma than in others. Wnt signal pathway plays an important role in cell development, proliferation, differentiation, conglutination and migration,as well as in gastric cancer occurrence and development process. Recent studies have found that Wnt signa- ling was activated in inflammatory microenvironment related with COX -2/PGE2 and then induces gastric cancer hap- pening and development,especially in intestinal -type gastric cancer. At the same time,the activation of Wnt signa- ling pathway could also make the indution of abnormal proliferation of gastric epithelial cells, and so induce COX - 2 and Mpges - 1 expressing,which would make PGE2 increase and then lead to cancer happening. Based on this result, researchers inferred a possible synergistic effect between Wnt and COX - 2. in a word,study on the relationship be- tween the Wnt and COX -2 in gastric cancer will provide effective help in cancer diagnosis,treatment,prognosis.
