摘要
针对目前通用霍尔传感器输出温度稳定性差现象,提出几种可以改善霍尔传感器温度性能的补偿方法。从霍尔器件、驱动方式、磁感应强度B、电磁干扰、模具等多角度出发,分析影响霍尔传感器输出温度稳定的各种因素。针对各种可能因素提出对应补偿措施,将其应用在实际产品开发中,产品输出稳定性明显得到改善。该分析可为相关产品开发人员提供技术参考。
Aiming at the output temperature poor stability phenomenon of the normal Hall sensor, put forward kinds of compensation methods to improve the temperature performance of the Hall sensor. Analysis from the Hall device, the drive way, the magnetic induction intensity B, the electromagnetic interference and the mould five angles, to explore the impossible factors that influence the output temperature stability of the Hall sensor. Applying the compensation methods in product development, the obvious improved took place in the product output stability. This analysis can provide technical reference for relevant product development staff.
