摘要
目的评价256层螺旋CT不同组合后处理技术在肋间后动脉血管成像中的应用价值。方法对100例患者行256层螺旋CT胸部双期增强扫描检查,将患者分为A组(MPR+VR)、B组(MPR+CPR)、C(MPR+MIP)组,用3种不同的组合后处理技术观察肋间后动脉。结果 A组肋间后动脉的总显示率为87.35%,B组为83.54%,C组为94.19%,C组与A、B组的总显示率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组对于肋间后动脉大体解剖形态的显示率高于A、B组(P<0.05)。结论应用MPR+MIP组合后处理技术能使肋间后动脉的走行等解剖结构得到良好的显示。
Objective To evaluate the application value of different combination aftertreatment technologies of 256 slice spial CT in vascular imaging of posterior intercostal artery. Methods 256 slice spial CT double-phase enhanced scan of the chest was performed in 100 patients using three combination aftertreatment technologies.All patients were divided into the group A (MPR+VR),the group B (MPR+CPR) and the group C(MPR+MIP),three kinds of combination aftertreatment technologies were used to observe the posterior intercostal artery. Results The general display rate of posterior intercostal artery was respectively 87.35%,83.54% and 94.19% in the group A (MPR+VR),the group B (MPR+ CPR) and the group C (MPR+MIP),and there was a statistical difference between the group C and the group A,the group B (P〈0.05);the display rate of gross anatomy of posterior intercostal artery in the group C was higher than those in the group A and B (P〈0.05). Conclusion MPR+MIP aftertreatment technique can display vessels arranging and other anatomic structures well.
