摘要
以聚酯多元醇和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)为主要原料,采用半预聚物法制备了邵A硬度为60-90A的聚氨酯弹性体.考察了聚酯多元醇、硬段含量、扩链剂用量及固化温度对聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响.所制弹性体具有良好的耐溶剂性能、力学性能和加工等性能,可用于丝网印刷胶刮.
The polyurethane elastomer whose hardness ranges from shore A 60 -90 was synthesized using half pre-polymerization method by self-made polyester glycol and methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI) as the main raw materials. The influence of the polyester polyol, hard segment content; extender amount and curing tempera- ture was investigated. The polyurethane elastomer for the use of screen printing scraping tablet had good perform-ances of excellent solvent resistance, mechanical properties, cutting machining properties, etc.
