摘要
跨学科研究生教育具有鲜明的二重性特征。一方面,是创新人才培养的重要手段,符合科学发展规律和拔尖创新人才成长规律,具有科学性和价值性;另一方面,是一项探索性工作,具有风险性并产生一定的随意性。应对二重性,最理想的策略是建立与二重性特征相辅相成的自律机制。
Interdisciplinary postgraduate education possess the vivid character of duality. For one thing, interdisciplinary postgraduate education is a powerful tool for cultivation of innovative talents,corresponds with the law of development and the growth law of creative and outstanding talents, and has the character of science and value. For another thing, it's also an exploratory work with risk and certain randomness. To be answerable for duality ,the perfect strategy is to construct the self-discipline mechanism with duality to supplement each other.
