双源CT对自发性孤立性肠系膜上动脉夹层5例的诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨双源CT对自发性孤立性肠系膜上动脉夹层的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析5例肠系膜上动脉夹层的影像特征,结合多平面重组及三维后处理图像。结果 3例发生在肠系膜起始部,均能显示内膜破口,1例破口位于肠系膜中部,1例表现为广泛的壁间血肿且形成动脉瘤。结论双源CT不仅能较好的显示肠系膜夹层本身的影像特征,其伴发多脏器病理改变也能较好显示,对指导临床治疗有重要价值。
