摘要
在Pidgeon法金属镁还原炉上试验了真空煅烧低碳活性石灰的工艺参数,结果表明:在炉膛温度1200℃,罐内压力3000 Pa,煅烧周期约为10 h。采用常压加热、真空煅烧分解与空气自然冷却的工艺制度时,在Pidgeon法金属镁还原炉上煅烧得到的低碳活性石灰,其3 min的活性度和5 min的活性度分别达375 mL和425 mL,晶粒大小在0.15μm左右,球形度好,烧结程度很小,BET表面积高达45 m2·g-1,的修改,各项性能都优于气烧竖窑石灰和回转窑石灰,完全满足真空精炼冷轧无取向硅钢的技术要求。
The technological parameters of the low carbon active lime calcination process were studied in a metal magnesium reduction furnace. The optimal parameters is the furnace temperature of 1200 ℃, the pressure of 3000 Pa, the calcination cycle of 10 h, atmospheric heating, vacuum calcination decomposition and natural air cooling. Under this condition, the activity of the lime reached 375 mL( 3 min ) and 425 mL (5 min) , the lime shows good sphericity, slight sintering, about 0. 15 μm grain size and up to 45 m^2·g^-1 BET surface area. The low carbon active lime shows good properties and caters to the technical requirements of vacuum refining cold-rolled non-oriented silicon steel when compared with the lime in gas burning shaft kiln and rotary kiln.
