摘要
采用共沉淀-高过饱和度法制备层状化合物ZnAlCe三元类水滑石,将其用于光催化降解亚甲基蓝溶液,考察了催化剂的原料配比、催化剂的投入量、染料初始浓度等因素对ZnAlCe三元类水滑石降解亚甲基蓝的影响,同时用XRD、IR、TG/DSC等技术对催化剂的结构和性能进行表征。试验结果表明,当Zn∶Al∶Ce物质的量之比为2∶1∶0.25,得到的产物结晶度较高,属于六方晶系,催化活性最高。光催化反应的最佳条件为,亚甲基蓝初始浓度40mg/L,催化剂Zn∶Al∶Ce=2∶1∶0.25用量0.2 g,反应时间90 min(暗处搅拌30 min,光照时间为60 min)。
ZnAlCe hydrotalcite-like compounds catalysts were synthesized by the coprecipitation method. Its photocatalytic material ratio of properties for the degradation of Methylene blue solution were tested. The effects of raw the catalyst, initial Methylene blue solution concentration, and catalyst dosage on the photocatalytic degradation were studied. The properties characterized by XRD, IR, TG/DSC. The results showed of ZnAlCe hydrotalcite-like compounds were that the catalysts were high crystalline with hexagonal system and the photocatalytic activity of the catalyst with n(Zn) : n(Al) : n(Ce) = 2:1 : 0.25 in the photocatalytic degradation were the highest. The optimal reaction conditions are as follows: the initial Methylene blue solution concentration 40 mg/L, the catalyst dosage 0.2 g, the reaction time 90 min ( dark standing 30 min and then irradiation 60 min).
