摘要
以正在设计的天津周大福金融中心超高层建筑为例,结合当地消防部门及超高层项目专家论证意见及要求,探讨防烟系统、排烟系统以及燃气立管的消防安全通风设计。通过采取增加排烟量、设计补风系统、在低位或不同方向设置补风口、燃气立管在正常与非正常工作时采用多种通风应对措施等手段,最大程度保证超高层建筑发生火灾时人员的安全疏散。
Taking the super high-rise lmilding in design in Tianjin as an example, combined with the suggestions and r^uirements from the local fire protection department and experts, studies the smoke control system, smoke extraction system and the fire safety ventilation of gas risers. To increase the fire evacuation safety to the utmost, takes the following measures: increasing the mechanical smoke extract volume, designing a mechanical makeup air system, settingthe mechanical makeup air intake louver at the lower part or at different directions, and designing ventilation measures for gas risers in normal and abnormal working conditions.
