扩张型心肌病伴恶性心律失常患者行心脏再同步化起搏除颤器治疗时护理效果分析被引量：1

摘要目的:探讨心脏再同步化起搏除颤器治疗扩张型心肌病伴恶性心律失常患者的护理效果。方法:选取本院2009年10月至2012年10月诊治的扩张型心肌病伴恶性心律失常患者38例,均行心脏再同步化起搏除颤器治疗,随机分为两组,19例患者给予常规护理为对照组,19例患者给予护理干预为观察组,比较两组患者治疗前后心功能情况,分析两组患者术后并发症发生情况。结果:出院时两组患者NYHA心功能分级、心电图QRS波时限、左心室舒张末期内径、左心室内不同步指数均显著降低,两组患者6 min步行距离、左心室射血分数均显著升高。观察组患者NYHA心功能分级明显低于对照组,观察组患者6 min步行距离明显大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者心电图QRS波时限、左心室舒张末期内径、左心室内不同步指数均小于对照组,观察组患者左心室射血分数高于对照组,观察组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:扩张型心肌病伴恶性心律失常患者行心脏再同步化起搏除颤器治疗时,在常规护理基础上给予患者有效的护理干预可明显改善患者的心功能,降低术后并发症发生率,有助于改善患者的预后。
