摘要
党的十八届三中全会发布了《关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》,明确提出了要深化教育领域综合改革,创新高校人才培养机制,促进高校办出特色争创一流。转型发展是地方新建本科院校改革发展的必然选择。武夷学院在办学定位、人才培养、服务地方、文化传承和彰显特色等方面进行了实践探索,促进了学校发展。在此基础上,进行了转型发展需求分析与路径探索。
“The Decision on Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening Reforms” issued by the third plenary session of the 18th CPCCC stated clearly to deepen the comprehensive reform of education, create talents training mechanism of universities,and build their own features so as to foster top-notch universities. As transition is the only option of the newly-established local universities, Wuyi University has explored in orientation, talents training, serving locals, cultural inheritance and highlighting the characteristics, and more-over conducted an analysis of needs and routes for the sake of its further development.
