摘要
高校人事档案管理工作是高校管理中的重要组成部分,但由于目前在许多高校,为档案而从事档案管理的现象很突出,这种以物为本的思想严重制约着高校人事档案服务功能的发挥,进而影响了高校人事档案的利用。本文对此做出了认真的分析,并提出要转变传统模式和思想的影响,充分发挥高校人事档案服务功能的措施,强化其社会服务功能,使人事档案信息资源得到更好利用。
The personnel records management plays an important role in university management. But it is prominent phenomenon that the personnel records management in many universities and colleges is only for the department itself . This seriously restrictes the service and the uses of personnel records. The papar has raised the problem of better utilizing the resource of personnel records , and transforming the traditional mode and thought, and strengthening the community service of personnel records in colleges and universities.
