摘要 高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)作为一种肿瘤无创治疗手段,能通过热效应在靶区组织产生凝固性坏死而不损伤周围的正常组织。HIFU已在晚期胰腺癌的治疗中广泛应用,并证实是安全可行的。HIFU能控制肿瘤的进展,有效缓解疼痛,提高生活质量和延长生存期,而HIFU和化疗、介入、放疗的联合似乎更有效。 As a novel non-invasive technology of cancer treatment, high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) is able to produce coagulative necrosis at the target tissue by thermal effects without damaging the surrounding normal tissue. HIFU has been wildly used in the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer and is considered as a safe and feasible therapy. HIFU treatment can control tumor progress, relieve pain effectively, improve life quality as well as prolong life expectancy.The combination of HIFU with chemotherapy or trans-arterial infusion chemotherapy or radiotherapy seems to get better results.
