摘要 总结分析了客户参与产品开发模式,按客户参与程度,将其分为封闭式创新模式、客户协同创新模式和用户创新模式,并对各自特征进行了总结。运用价值链理论,分别分析了3种模式对企业竞争力的影响,根据我国企业现状,就其如何将客户引入产品开发过程提出了策略建议。 By summarizing and analyzing the models that customers involve in product development and according to the lev-el of customer participation ,they are divided into Close Innovation Customer Collaborative Innovation and User Innovation with description of characteristics to each of them respectively .The Value Chain theory is applied to evaluate the influence of those three models in business competitiveness and in the term of recent corporate situation ,advices are suggested to the strategy of involvement of customer participating in product development .
