摘要
目的:探讨急性脑梗死患者空腹血糖、血脂水平与预后的关系。方法:140例急性脑梗死患者在入院48h内测定空腹血糖、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,分析血糖、血脂水平与脑急性梗死患者病情严重程度及预后的关系。结果:急性脑梗死患者的严重程度、梗塞灶大小与患者空腹血糖、血清LDL-C水平具有相关性(P<0.05),与血清TC、TG、HDL-C水平无关(P>0.05),血糖和LDL-C水平越高的患者梗塞程度严重,梗塞灶面积大,预后较差(P<0.05)。结论:空腹血糖、LDL-C水平与急性脑梗死患者的病变程度和预后密切相关,加强空腹血糖、血脂的监测和控制对脑梗死的预防和治疗具有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the influence of fasting blood glucose and lipid levels on prog- nosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 140 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarc- tion were collected in our hospital. The levels of fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in serum of patients were determined within 48 h after admission. The relationships between levels of blood glucose, blood lipid and prognosis in patients with acute brain infarction were analyzed. Results: Infarct size and the severity of the patients were related with level of blood glucose and LDL-C (P〈0.05), but not with TC, TG and HDL-C (P〉0.05). The prognosis of patients with higher levels of glucose and LDL-C was poor. Conclusion: The levels of fasting blood glucose and LDL-C are closely related with the degree of pathological changes and prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Monitoring and control of fasting blood glucose and blood lipids levels is of great significance for prevention and treatment of cerebral infarction.
