摘要
鉴于使用多媒体技术作为高校外语教学辅助手段在提高教学效果上有显著作用,经过多年发展,高校开发并存储了大量外语教育资源,但碍于有限的网络带宽,不经过特殊编码处理,很难在网上传输。因此,针对该问题探讨了流媒体技术在教育资源传输中的应用。
Because the use of streaming media technology as a foreign language teaching aids have a significant role in im-proving teaching effectiveness ,after years of development ,the university developed and stored in a large number of for-eign language education resources .However ,due to limited network bandwidth ,without special coding process ,it is diffi-cult to transmit over the Internet .Therefore ,this paper discuss on the issue of streaming media technology in the trans-mission of educational resources .
