摘要
本文考察了我国高校董事会产生的起因及类型 ,总结了湖南农业大学董事会工作的实践 ,认为高校成立董事会是促进产学研结合的重要措施 。
The research investigates the origin and different types of the board of higher education institutes.This article also summarizes the one-year operation of the board Hunan Agricultural University.It holds the board will effectively promote the combination of enterprise,research and teaching.The paper makes some suggestions on how to improve the word of the board.
