影响紫金铜业电解厂铜电解过程电流效率的主要因素,包括电解液的杂质离子、循环量及温度、极间距、阳极板的物理规格、电解槽的对地漏电和电流密度。针对各因素采取相应的措施来提高电流效率,能够取得较好的效果,使其基本保持在98%左右。
Some factors that influence the current efficiency in the process of copper electrolysis in the electrolysis plant of ZiJin Copper Corporation are introduced, including the impurity ions, circulation volume and temperature of electrolysis solution, the cathode - to - cathode distance, the standard of anode plate, the earth leakage of electrolytic bath and electric current density. In the view of these factors in the process of copper electrolysis, the methods are adopted to improve current efficiency, and positive effect is gotten, the current efficiency keeps about 98%.
