摘要
从软岩的特性、三软煤层巷道围岩的破坏机理入手,结合嵩山煤矿的实际情况,提出采用刚柔复合支护方法对巷道进行支护,即在支护体内设置柔性层和刚性层,柔性层释放初期高应力,刚性层控制有害变形;在受力集中的顶底角采用叠加支护,使巷道整体变形耦合。经现场试验及围岩变形观测分析,该支护方式能够有效控制巷道的强烈变形,降低巷道维修成本,从而解决三软煤层巷道支护困难的问题。
Focus on the failure mechanism and the characteristics of soft rock,combining with the actual situation of songshan coal mine,this paper puts forward the idea of using soft-hard composite supporting methods for roadway supporting. It means that the flexible and rigid layers in the supporting are set up,and the flexible layer releases initial high stress,the rigid layer controls harmful deformation. At the position of top and bottom angles where the stress is concentrated,the superposed supporting technology was used to make the overall deformation roadway coupling. Through the analysis on surrounding rock deformation observation and field test,it drew a conclusion that this supporting method can effectively control the strong deformation of roadway and reduce the cost of roadway maintenance,and solve the problem of three soft coal roadway supporting.
