经颅磁刺激在癫痫研究与治疗中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 经颅磁刺激(transcranial magnetic stimulation,TMS)作为一种无创脑刺激技术,在探索癫痫的病理生理机制,研究抗癫痫药物的作用原理及临床效果,以及癫痫手术术前脑功能区定位等方面有独特作用。近年来还有研究探索TMS的抗癫痫效果,提示重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)可能有治疗癫痫的潜力,甚至在癫痫发作期可能用于终止发作。然而,鉴于rTMS的抗癫痫效果可被癫痫灶的位置等因素所局限,尚需更多的实验来验证rTMS抗癫痫作用。
