摘要
食品安全面临着严峻的形势,本文通过对国内外食品质量与安全专业人才培养现状与存在问题的分析,重点探讨了天津科技大学食品质量与安全专业人才培养目标、课程体系改革和实践教学体系完善等内容。
Food quality and safety are faced with a grim situation. The present situation and problems in talents training for food quality and safety in China and abroad were analyzed in this paper. On the basis of the analysis,the training objectives,curriculum reform and the improvement of practical teaching system of food quality and safety,particularly in Tianjin University of Science and Technology,were discussed.
